Since starting his career in the real estate auction business in 2004, Mr. Dann has specialized in representing farm owners, bankers, estates, courts, government agencies, and property owners in the sale of residential and commercial real estate. Bob is a distinguished alumnus of the Missouri Auction School and the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI). He holds licenses as a real estate broker and auctioneer in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida, and as a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and New York.

Alderfer Receives Four-Way Test Award
In May 2024, Sanford “Sandy” Alderfer was honored with the Four-Way Test Award given by the Rotary Club of Harleysville, Pennsylvania.
Since the 1940’s, the Four-Way Test has been used by Rotarians world-wide to encourage personal and business ethical practices. It is held as the standard by which all behavior should be measured and is a model for the things we think, say, and do.
